If your child, or you as a young adult, has ADHD, you may want to explore therapy alongside, or instead of, medication. You may also be looking for guidance after a diagnosis, or support with school, home life, and relationships.
Children’s ADHD Therapy in London
The NICE guidance recommends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help young people with ADHD, who are finding it hard with social skills, problem solving, self-control, listening skills and managing feelings or emotional regulation. These areas often affect daily life at home and at school and can place strain on the whole family.
Our clinicians offer adapted CBT for ADHD, with a focus on executive functioning such as working memory, planning, organisation and impulse control. We also support emotional regulation and frustration tolerance. Where needed, we work with wider emotional health concerns such as anxiety or low mood and with school-related stress.
Treatment plans are shaped around your child or young person, their stage of development and the goals you agree together.

Set in a quiet corner of Marylebone, our townhouse has been designed to feel welcoming, calm, and comfortable for children, young people, and their families. Many young clients say it feels like a home rather than a clinic, which helps them settle more easily.
