We offer bespoke interventions for Autistic young people and young adults, including modified CBT. We especially focus on building rapport and engaging young people in managing emotional health issues commonly reported such as anxiety, depression and OCD.
We also offer skills training in emotional regulation, problem solving and social skills. We are a certified provider of the PEERS® (Programme for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills), which is an evidence-based, parent-assisted social skills training programme. We also have Therapeutic Role-Play Groups, that utilise an Applied RPG (Role-Playing Game) framework based on Dungeons & Dragons. The programme is a structured, clinician-led intervention targeting core developmental milestones.
We have particular experience in working with Autistic girls and young women, who have often received a late diagnosis and late support.
We also offer post-diagnostic support, help to adapt your parenting style to better suit your child’s needs, work with siblings and offer interventions focused on family relationships.
