Online Child Psychologist & Adolescent Psychologist
CY&A Psychology offers online therapy sessions with highly experienced child and adolescent clinical psychologists. Our virtual appointments are designed to support children, young people and families wherever they are based, providing continuity of care in a calm and accessible way.
Whether you are based outside London, are at boarding school or at university, living abroad, or simply prefer the convenience of remote sessions, we aim to provide the same level of warmth, flexibility and clinical expertise online as we do in person. Many of the young people and families we work with find online sessions help them feel more comfortable and in control, particularly when facing busy schedules or complex needs.
The Same Care, Delivered Differently
The clinical quality of our online sessions remains the same as in-person care. Our psychologists draw from a wide range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, parenting interventions, and systemic family work.
You can expect a calm and structured experience from start to finish. Sessions are held via a secure video platform, and our team will help you prepare in advance so that you and your child feel confident in the format. We also provide guidance around privacy and how to create a comfortable space that supports focus and engagement.
For younger children or those with attention differences, we adapt how we work to ensure sessions remain developmentally appropriate and engaging.

- Young adults navigating key life transitions
- Parents and carers seeking guidance and support
- Families managing emotional, behavioural or developmental challenges
Some of the concerns we commonly support online include:
- Anxiety, phobias and panic

- OCD and related behaviours
- ADHD and Autism-related support
- Post-adoption care and parenting work
For children with neurodevelopmental profiles or sensory needs, our clinicians can make adjustments to how the session is delivered to ensure comfort and clarity. We are experienced in working with children who may benefit from short, structured contact or from having a parent present during part of the session.
Experienced Clinical Psychologists You Can Trust
Our online sessions are delivered by the same clinicians who work at our Marylebone practice. Each is professionally qualified and experienced in working with children, young people, and families across a range of needs. From the first conversation, we aim to provide a warm, understanding and clinically informed experience.
You may wish to begin with a single consultation, or you might already have a referral or care plan in place. We’ll help guide you through the process, offering clarity around session structure, frequency and goals with informal reviews at regular points to reflect on progress.
